The town homes have a basement and two stories. Each town home has a different floor plan in the four that are connected.

These town homes are located in Taylorsville by SLCC (Salt Lake Community College). They have a basement and two stories. Four town homes made up a building unit. Each town home has a different floor plan.

The Winter of 2007 the framing of town homes in Taylorsville, Utah began. These town homes were very difficult to frame because the wall heights varied, beams, and steep roofs. They have a basement and two stories. The pictures below show the completed town homes.

Richfield, Utah Holiday Inn Hotel

The framing of the Richfield, Utah Holiday Inn began in the Summer of 2008 for 3 months. The hotel is three stories, and located by the freeway.

West Yellowstone, MT Hotel

November 2006-February 2007 a Hotel in West Yellowstone, Montana was framed. The conditions were not the best but the Hotel was completed. The weather caused a few days of work to be missed when it was -50 degrees. The following pictures show the completed hotel.

City Front Condos Salt Lake City, Utah

City Front Condos framing began in the Fall of 2007 and was completed Summer 2008. City Front Condos are located in Salt Lake City, Utah just a few blocks west of the Gateway Mall. The framing on these condo units were complex. They wanted a bridge to connected the buildings, and the layout of the units had many different angles. These buildings were four stories high so a crane was required to position the walls. The photos below show the project while it is being framed.

The Crossings at Chapel Hill Pasco, Washington

The Crossings at Chapel Hill is located in Pasco, Washington. The framing of the buildings was started in June 2005 and completed in June 2006. The framing projected consisted of apartments, garages with storage units and a club house. To see more photos visit

River Crest Apartments Twin Falls, Idaho

River Crest Apartments was framed February 2004 til June 20th 2004. This project was framed quickly because two buildings were being framed at one time. The crew also framed garages with storage units, apartment buildings, and the club house.

Eagles Landing framing began summer 2002. This project is located in Ammon Idaho, which is a small town just East of Idaho Falls, Idaho. The project consisted of framing garages with stoage units, apartment buildings, and a club house. The pictures below show the completed project.
